Looking for a roommate (one or two) to share 2-bedroom apartment at the Xerxes Manor Apartments, located close to Edina - Southdale Mall, in Minneapolis from 1st of April 2025 and this isn't April fool :)
Rent per person (if it is shared with 2 people) including utility bill / wifi / electricity bill would be around 700$
I have been staying here for more than 5 years, my friend moved to India for some time due to family emergency so I am looking for new roommate. The house is fully furnished with all kitchen utensils available to use.
